Delivery and set-up charges are dependent on the location where the home is going in comparison to the location of the factory that the home is coming from. In order to get the exact price of a housing professional will reach out upon completion of your order to get you down to the penny pricing. Most delivery charges are between $8 and $12 per mile from the factory, including a free delivery within 50 miles of the factory.

All refund requests must be made before a home is ordered to be built, to receive a full refund. Upon order submission, a representative will reach out to you directly to confirm your order and let you know an exact date of when the home will be submitted to be built. To cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision prior to the order of the home. The ensure immediate processing, we recommend you contact us using the Contact Us form within the website.

If an order is canceled after the allowed time-frame but prior to delivery, the customer will only receive a 20% refund of the home purchase price. Once the home has been delivered, all sales are final.
